Nope. We're not there yet. I just stumbled upon a web site that offers a new kind of sex toy for men. It’s called the RealTouch and it’s a new kind of robotic artificial vagina (I know, it’s about time!). On the inside it has two motorized, ribbed, self-lubricating, rubber belts that move in sync with video playing on your computer. Supposedly it should feel like the real deal but that’s expected. What else would they say?

I idea is that you put your junk inside the magic device and play a porn video on your computer. As the on-screen lady touches and fucks the on-screen penis the machine responds and simulates the same motions for your penis. It’s a simple, yet novel concept.

These kinds of products are easy to laugh and point fingers at, but I must admit I think the concept is promising. The programmer in me wants to buy one and write a custom USB controller for it! The potential for using something like this in a game would be something else!

The success of a product like this all hangs on its execution. Computerized sex toys have been available for years but none has ever caught on in the masturbatory community. The RealTouch is the first one that I’ve heard of that doesn’t require a second human controller (i.e. I’ll buzz yours if you buzz mine) and that is seamlessly connected with live-action video. The only issue I have with the RealTouch, after reading their web site, is that the device will only work with the RealTouch-compatible videos and those are strictly pay-per-view.

The device itself is $150 USD which is reasonable, but they haven’t said what they’ll charge for the video content so that could become a potential bummer.

Update

This device is now available for purchase. It’s still $150 for the device and then you pay extra for the minutes of virtualized sex you wish to have with it. $15 for 15 minutes or $100 for 200 minutes. Better come quickly.

I’m sure that someone out there could write their own programs for it, and that it could catch on and be something really cool. But, with my luck, someone out there would write a script that makes both motors go in opposite directions, full-force, and the thing would trash my junk.

Yeah if there’s anything science fiction has taught us is to never trust The Machines.

Looking at the picture, I would never put my cock in that. It looks like a Saw trap!
